Product descriptions

We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. However, colours, textures, and dimensions may vary slightly due to photography lighting, screen calibration, and the handcrafted nature of each piece.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. In the event an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. All transactions are encrypted and secure. We do not store card details on our servers.

GST invoice

A GST-compliant invoice will be issued with every order and can be downloaded from your account under My Orders.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on delivery timelines, shipping charges, and carrier information. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, natural disasters, or public holidays.

Return window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made and personalised jewellery cannot be returned unless defective. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange

We offer size exchanges on rings and bracelets subject to availability. Please contact thenazrana.in@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

All content on this website — including product photographs, design assets, copy, logos, and the Nazrana brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Nazrana. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
