We take great care in getting your Nazrana jewellery to you safely and swiftly. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery process, timelines, and return policy.

Processing Time
Standard orders
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Custom & personalised orders
Custom-made and personalised jewellery pieces require 5–10 additional business days for crafting before dispatch. The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation.
Order cut-off time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timelines
Metro cities
Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad — 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities
All other cities and towns across India — 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote & rural areas
Areas with limited courier access — 7–10 business days after dispatch. We will notify you if your pin code falls in this category.
Please note
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by peak seasons (Diwali, wedding season), natural disruptions, or courier delays. Nazrana is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹999. This applies to standard delivery across India.
Orders below ₹999
A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
Express delivery
Express 1–2 day delivery is available in select metro cities for an additional charge of ₹199. This option will appear at checkout if available for your pin code.
International shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Packaging
Nazrana signature box
Every order is delivered in our signature black Nazrana gift box, wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with our wax stamp. Your jewellery arrives gift-ready — perfect for giving or keeping.
Security
All packages are sealed with tamper-evident tape. If you receive a package that appears to have been opened or tampered with, please photograph it and contact us within 24 hours before accepting delivery.
Eco-conscious
Our packaging materials are recyclable. We actively minimise excess packaging without compromising the unboxing experience.

Order Tracking
How to track your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to our courier partner's tracking page. You can also track your order from the My Orders section of your account.
Courier partners
We ship via Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees depending on your location and order type. The courier partner will be confirmed in your shipping confirmation email.

Failed Delivery & Re-delivery
Missed delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide an accurate alternate contact number.
Re-delivery charges
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address provided at checkout, re-shipping charges of ₹99 will apply.
Address changes
Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order, before it enters processing. Please contact us immediately at thenazrana.in@gmail.com.

Returns & Exchanges
Return window
You may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.
How to return
Email thenazrana.in@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item. We will arrange a free reverse pickup within 2 business days of approval.
Non-returnable items
Custom and personalised jewellery cannot be returned unless defective. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless damaged. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Size exchange
Ring and bracelet size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact us to initiate an exchange — return shipping is at the customer's cost for size exchanges.

Damaged or Lost Orders
Damaged in transit
All our shipments are insured. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately upon receipt and email us at thenazrana.in@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Lost in transit
If your tracking shows your order has not moved for 5+ business days, please contact us. We will raise a trace request with the courier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, issue a full replacement or refund within 10 business days.
